Expediting inquiries for these tools is essential to our customer service. Clients may submit their requests on our Customer Service Order Form. To ensure prompt service, please provide all necessary and accurate information.

Title Only Form

In addition to escrow services, we offer our clients title insurance policies for transactions that do not require escrow assistance. To request a commitment of title insurance, please submit the attached Title Only form. To ensure prompt service, please provide all necessary and accurate information.

Be advised that without escrow service from State Title Agency, all documents will need to be provided to State Title prior to issuing a title insurance policy.
